Wanted: Roomate!

February 21st, 2007

Looking for a roomate to split a double apartment. Will live north of Eglington Station along Young Street, or along the Sheppard Line. Willing to split rent and even take the smaller room. Bonus: likely to be home for only 5-10 days per month most of 2007.

After spending only 5 days of February at my home, I need to find cheaper rent. It doesn’t make sense to pay full rent and only use the box for a week or two each month. What’s more, I’ve been alerted of an extention to my trip: two weeks in Germany. It’s more than cool with me, but I’ve gotta get out of my apartment. I’m giving my 2 months notice as of the end of this month.
On a related note, I’ve been working on several investment articles that I’d have hoped to post in January, so watch for them soon. Unfortunately (but really not at all), I’ve found much to distract myself with in London. This coming weekend, I’ve decided to fly by the seat of my pants and get to Zurich via train for Monday. Additionally, as stated above, I will probably need to get to Germany for the weeks following that to give some lectures there. It should be fun… well, I know it will be.

While en route to Zurich, I should be able to knock out some final versions of these articles. Although, I could end up with an even larger mix of half baked posts. Let me know which of the following you’d prefer to read (I swear, they’re all half written):

  • The relationship between oil reserves and nature’s CO2 threshold.
  • Investigating carbon capture and storage technologies.
  • Why Harper is hopeless.
  • What Canadians can learn from abroad.
  • (Movie Review) America: From freedom to fascism.
  • Canadian political and social reform ideas.

I will fill requests first–if there are any, of course ;)

That’s all for now.

Cheers!
